Parchment Valley’s scenic 1,400 acres of land are packed with meeting spaces, overnight lodging, and outdoor activities. No matter what event you’re hosting, PV has a place for you!

Meeting Spaces
Hill Hall
Hill Hall is a large meeting space that can be used for banquets, meetings, large services, weddings, and more!
It has an ornate fireplace and is wired for audio/visual presentations.
Hill Hall can seat 300 people.
Greenlee Activity Center
Greenlee Activity Center is a multipurpose room with a full-sized gymnasium, kitchenette, two breakout rooms, and a loft.
Each breakout room holds up to 20 people and has an option of tables and chairs.
The loft can hold 40 people and has recreation equipment.
Greenlee can support 400 people.
Santrock Education Center
Santrock Education Center is a handicap-accessible facility with a grand foyer along with two large meeting rooms that can be separated into four smaller rooms. The neighboring gazebo can be easily accessed from the main building.
Each room is complete with high quality audio/visual equipment along with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and Wi-Fi.
Santrock is also the home of the library for Palmer Seminary’s branch at Parchment Valley.
Santrock can support up to 100 people.
The Barn
The Barn can seat up to 200 people at a time and feed thousands. Parchment Valley offers catering from the Barn as long as no other camps are meeting on the grounds.
Meeting Room 4 of the Barn holds around 20 people and has option of tables and chairs, high quality audio/visual equipment, a mini refrigerator, and Wi-Fi.
The Barn is only available for rentals when it is not being used by Parchment Valley’s camps.
Lodging
Lodges
These four lodges each have multiple rooms with double beds, twin bunks, and a full bathroom for each room.
Two of the rooms are handicap accessible, and each lodge has a main sitting room equipped with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee pot, and free Wi-Fi.
Each lodge sleeps up to 8 people per room.
Dorms
Our 12 rooms have 12 beds each, wooden interior, and one bathroom per room. Each dorm has heating and air conditioning.
Each dorm sleeps 12 people, up to 144 total.
Bunkhouse
The bunkhouse has two rooms that sleep 18 each, with a shared bath house in same building.
Located under the dorms, this is one of our newest lodging options. It is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning.
Each room sleeps 18 people, up to 36 total.
Outdoor Activities
Pool
Available for guests and rentals (weather permitting).
Fishing
Our three lakes are easily accessible and provide excellent fishing opportunities.
Hiking Trails
Our grounds are covered in scenic hiking trails, which include a prayer labyrinth and wind chimes commemorating American Baptist missionaries martyred in the Philippines.
Disc Golf
Our 9-hole Disc Golf course was designed by Johnny Sias, 2013 Senior Grand Master PDGA World Champion.
Camping
With 17 full-hookup RV sites (30 amp and 50 amp) next to a bath house, and tent sites just around the corner, we have plenty of room for your getaway.
Picnic Shelters
Five picnic shelters provide your family, group, or business a place to cookout. Three of the shelters have electricity.
Fields
Parchment Valley’s fields are large enough to accommodate large marching bands for band camp, sports teams for practice, and groups for games and activities.
Outdoor Campfire
Our outdoor campfire can seat up to 60 people with plenty of standing room. A fire pit and seating within walking distance of our other facilities give your group the opportunity to enjoy some time by the fire.
